Cs Cart 3.x Addon Url

I am having a hard time finding out how to create an addon that can be visited at a specific url.



I am looking through some of the other addons that have this functionality but I don't see any settings to make that happen.



Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to look for how to make an addon that can be visited via a url? I did not see anything in the documentation about this aspect of addons.
