hi, we just purchased a license in the last couple of weeks, once this version is released are we entitled for a FREE Upgrade?
Craig
Why must you capitalise ‘FREE’ so frequently? Just ‘free’ should suffice. I’d imagine they might not have the pricing worked out yet as there doesn’t seem to be any information about it as yet.
Assuming it is released within a year of you purchasing CS, if not then you have to purchase the yearly maintenance agreement, which allows you another years access to all files.
So there is no additional charge for 2.0.

We get a lot of “FREE” requests, it gets old after a while, so without doubt custombuilds proberly just forgot his painkillers. I’ve still got morphine so I’m good
Hey i got my license in 2007, I should get free upgrade for upcoming versions right?
As long as you purchased your license before the date that they changed their license pricing, all your future upgrades are free. 2007 was before this change, so you are eligible for FREE upgrades.
If you buy a license now, you have to pay a yearly upgrade fee to continue to get the upgrades after 1 yr.
