We are getting bombarded with customer emails, product inquiries, and delivery quotes to the point that we cannot keep it all straight.
Has anyone integrated a nice support ticketing system/software program into their website and be willing to pass a review/recommendation along to us?
I'm aware of osticket, and a few other open-source solutions, but those are all standalone programs and I would like ours to be embedded within a webpage on our site.
Any recommendations would be more than appreciated. Thanks for your help!
What program does cs-cart help desk use?
Snorocket has a helpdesk addon that is pretty basic but looks okay for many operations.
I use eTicket which is a Free-ware ticketing system but is an entirely separate application so it can be used via both front and back-end operations.
