Sure. With some programming skills it shouldn't be a problem.
Easier to use 'Eway' and have it deposit to Bendigo.

Haven't as yet, still deciding.
Bendigo are very helpful and reasonable with their rates which includes merchant account, payment gateway & virtual terminal, as far as I understand.
Going with Paypal first mainly because of ease of integration.
