Can someone please clarify for me whether or not it is possible to issue a credit card refund via the admin interface? I use Authorize.net as my processor.
Unfortunately, refunds are not supported for built-in integration with Authorize.net processor.
We've done this for clients before via a hook that changes the type of post back to the authorize.net API. Happy to discuss if you want.
