credit card issues with SP3

Hello to all,



I have just upgraded my site to sp3 and we installed a merchant facility that redirects the customer to the bank gateway to process the transaction. Once the transaction has been approved it redirects the customer back to the website homepage but will not clear the shopping cart.



The admin area shows that the transaction has been processed and an email invoice is sent to the customer informing of the transaction approval, while this is all working fine the shopping cart still holds the products and does not clear.



This seems to be a bug in cscart sp3, has anybody experienced this issue before? Can somebody suggest how we can fix this problem?
