Creation Of Folder In Root Of Cs-Cart: Ok?

Hi there!

All my CS-Cart files and folders are in my root directory of my domain, but I just added a new folder such as http://mydomain.com/folder/

When I update my CS-Cart, will CS-Cart remove that folder or will it stay?
