Creating a link within the option/global options?

So, i have two things I’m trying to do:


  1. I’d like the ability to set up a link within the global options area. I have many products that have numerous design choices that i need to be able to provide a link to another page to display all of the options.



    For example - I’d love to be able to create a link like the ‘View Personalized Tag Options’: [url]http://www.candlesandsuch.com/perfect-pair-ceramic-salt-and-pepper-shaker-23022.html[/url]


  2. Using the same link above - does anyone know who to set the options to dropdown like when the: Click to Personalize this item

    (minimum order required) $0.35 - checkbox is selected. I love how all of the options are hidden until the choice is made that addtion options are wanted.
