Can anyone suggest anyone who is able to create a dev store for me please (I do expect to have to pay have this done). I just cannot get them to work at all, and I am desperate. I have to get a new theme up and running asap, my current theme will not allow anyone to checkout on a mobile device, and I am desperate.

the main problem is usually database names and passwords being correct
