Create Detailed Shipment : E-Mail Content

I'm using CS-Cart 4.10.3 and I just discover something that seems a problem for us :

When we create a detailed shipment and cannot deliver ALL products, we select the products that will be in shipment and set the missing ones at "0"

The customer receive the confirmation of shipment but if status is changed, he receive the e-mail from status change that show ALL products from the order and not only the one that are delivered. So the customer can think all products are shipped even if it's not the case.

Is there any way to easily change this ?

Or I should delete the order.summary in the e-mail....

I am afraid, this is default CS-Cart behaviour
