Create a shipment & shipment WEIGHT?

I don't see where to create a shipment in version 4.0.3. I see where we can add the tracking number & carrier, but in the older versions it would give us a package weight. I don't see that in this one. That was a very helpful feature.



Also on the topic of weight, I don't think my product weight are being configured in the estimated shipping costs in my customers orders. Is there a setting I'm missing for this? I have weights entered for each product but is there something else I need to do?

If you open the order, there is a box on the right of the screen and the shipment (s) are there.

I did see that where you can enter the tracking number & carrier, but I can't find where it totals the weight of the products in the order like it did in 3.x.x.
