Cpanel Hosted Cs-Cart Out Of Memory Oom Process Killer

I have used Cpanel on multiple servers for several years including servers hosting CS-Cart Ecommerce Software.

I recently removed password protection on a CS-Cart site under development so it is publicly accessible. The site is not advertised yet nor indexed in search engines. The following day, for the first time I received a rash of Out of Memory emails and text messages and MySQL went down and was restarted. Anyone run into this type of problem and know the cause/solution?

Strangely the out of memory email messages say Used 350MB, Available 3.4GB, Installed 3.74GB. So this seems very strange to me.
