Couldn't Find Design Mode In Cs-Cart 4.1.2

I read on the internet that there's a Design Mode in CS-Cart where you can Enable Customization Mode to find out what templates are responsible for particular parts of the Web site. But I can't find this in CS-Cart 4.1.2? When I logged into Admin, there's no “Design Mode” under the Design menu.

Go To Design/File Editor/ drop down arrow beside save changes in top rignt. On-site Template editing



You may need to turn on Rebuild cache automatically on the left side of Design/File Editor as it seem the on-site Template editing does not work unless this setting is changed “depends on version”
