We are looking for a way to copy previous customer orders, we get customers calling by phone wanting to repeat a previous order which is great. It's a slow process to manually key it all again especially if they checked out as a guest. Registered customers are easy as we can “act on behalf”
We don't want to have our operators export and import orders, a copy function would be great.

This would be a great addition for Admin and for repeat customers to be able to “click” a button and duplicate (repeat) an order!
Barry
- Act on behalf of user
- Go into customer order in front end.
3, Click on reorder this order.

Had never noticed that!
Nice one, you live and learn, thanks.

John,
We already do that for registered customers, it's more of a problem for unregisterd customers where it needs to be re keyed.
“Act on behalf of” is a great function and only works if the customer is registered, it's the unregistered customers we want to
deal with in a similar way.

That's probably why I hadn't noticed this before, most of our customers don't register (well repeat order ones) so obviously no orders show.
