I have install the software but somehow the contact us form didn’t appear eventhough the form was there.

Check if you have disabled it in blocks home page.

or you can just create a new one anyways

I have check everything. I even create a new form for contact us. And again, the page is show up but there is no form.



Any other suggestions?
