Constantly Getting "service Unvailable" Message

Hello Folks,

We are on cs-cart Ver 4.4.2. We are constantly getting "Service Unavailable" screen while using our admin panel and our website. I am attaching a screenshot of the error. This has started all of a sudden today.

Can anybody suggest a solution to this issue?

The "Service Unavailable" screen can hide plenty of possible errors. The screenshot is not attached, unfortunately.

Inspect the page (Ctrl - Shift - I in Chrome, e.g.) and check what is the problem. For example, if it is about the add-on, disable it and contact its developer. Also, you can check error_logs on your server.

Check your database if it needs repairing in phpmyadmin clear cache

Please share the URL of your website. At first makes sure that you have free disk space on the server and try to disable 3rd party modules

Thank you. Just checked the space and we have got lot of space (around 50GB) still left. And the RAM is 4GB for our VPS. But I guess the error logs mentioned above might help.

Thank You folks. The database had crashed as per my server support. They had repaired it and restarted. Things are back to normal. Will observe it for a few hours.
