I'm trying to install Cs-Cart Ver.3.0 on my local computer and I when i go to [url=“http://localhost/cscart/install/”]http://localhost/cscart/install/[/url] I get
this message:

This message means that PHP 5.4.7 is used on your web server. However, CS-Cart version 3.0.x is compatible with PHP versions from 5.1.0 to 5.3.x. So you need to re-compile your web server with PHP 5.3.x in order to install CS-Cart 3.0.x there. Or you can consider a ready web server solution which already uses PHP 5.3.x. For example, you can use an old XAMPP version:

hi, i have just purchased the cs cart multivendor version and am facing the same problem , can u please guide me as to how can i change the version to php 5.3.26. will this version work and how to replace the files., whether to replace the files in the phpadmin folder or in php foldera dn what about the file config.inc.php, do we preserve this file and replce the rest ?
