Not sure if this exists. Would love to see a coming soon addon, where you can make your site as under construction and if you try to view it, you get a coming soon/ under construction page. Unless you are logged in as the admin, than you can view it.
Searched Google for addons like this. No such luck.
This functionality already exists in cs cart. Read the documentation to learn how to use it.
