I can add stock for each size i have in global options but the page get stuck in a loop saying loading forever at the top if the page.!!
tracking and inventory are set correctly.
please help.
This could be caused by a few different hosting settings but also could be a coding problem or permission issue with your cache files.
Look in the root folder of your store for a file named error_log. If it is there it may contain information about what may be causing this. You should also contact your host because their error logs are more detailed and will also show more problems related to your account.
never managed to get this feature to work, store has become very busy and now have a new autumn / winter collection added so really need this feature to work to be able to manage stock and prevent customers from ordering out of stock sizes.
any help much appreciated.
