When I click “CLOSE Store” it does not do anything. The store remains open.
Any suggestions? I haven’t upgraded to a newer version since it was installed about a year and a half ago. How do I determine what version is installed?

Definetly not a cache clearing issue. Tried on several systems after “closing” the store. Still open.

I didn't realize “clearing the cache” meant deleting the cache folders server side. The issue was fixed after doing that. Also fixed a few other issues. Much appreciated.
