Does anybody here use click-to-call services with their website?
I was curious. I can't find any forums on how to best use click-to-call.
I've been trying it on a site of mine but maybe 10% of customers use. I also post my physical number at the top, which may have something to do with it. I'm sure most customers just see the number and call.
In the case of click-to-call, does it only benefit you when you never post your phone#? Forcing folks to use the click-to-call service???
