I have the following files in the folder
index.html

jquery.qtip.min.css
jquery.qtip.min.js
site.css
What is the best way to transfer it to cs-cart 3.02 as part of a cs-cart banner or a page but naturally
embedded with the products or category page.
Typically copying and passing html.index into cs-cart html does not help?
