Checkout Probelm for Guest Users

When a guest user tries to checkout and gets to the second step which is the shipping and billing address, they then fill it out, and click on continue but they are again redirected to step two and can not go on to step three which is to enter their card info.



What can be done to resolve this?



I’m using version 2.1.0 PROFESSIONAL.

What error are you seeing. Generally, this happens when a field is not filled out that is required or a checkbox isn’t checked. It should be highlighted in some way (different for different skins but usually red text or border).

This happen randomly? Are you hosted in shared server?
