Checkout Issue

I had a customer call saying when they click "Submit My Order" during checkout, it does nothing. So I placed a test order and ran into the same problem. I click Submit My Order and nothing happens - no spinning wheel, no errors, nothing. I refreshed the page and re-entered my information and clicked and it went through.

There is not such a bug in the standard CS-Cart installation. This issue requires examination on your server. Please contact us via Help Desk and provide temporary FTP access to your server so we can examine the issue in more detail.

Try to use another payment method. Do you receive the same error in this case?

I have credit card & PayPal. I can't test with PayPal because it won't let me place an order as the customer and account owner.
