Checkout Issue, Order Didn't Create If Didn't Return To Shop From Payment Gateway

Hi

if the connection fail or close browser after the payment successfully, and it didn't redirect to the shop (the order wont created at my shop), but the transaction status in payment gateway backend show success.
what should i do for this situation? the order didnt create at my site, but the payment gateway backend show the transaction success.
may i know how to solve this problem? my customer wont see the order at their account,because the order doesn't exist (order only created after return from payment gateway page).
if there are 100 customer facing this..it will be worst, may i know any solution for this?

You can find these orders on the Orders -> View orders -> Gear icon -> Incomplete orders page

can i show the incomplete order at order list page (backend panel).

now i need to click on the gear icon to look for incompleted order, too many step.

Unfortunately such orders are hidden from the orders listing page
