When a non-registered visitor adds an item to their cart and proceeds to checkout by clicking “checkout” (in the pop-up for example) they go to a checkout page. However on our site our checkout page does not contain the boxes that allow for the visitor to enter their personal information as it does in the CSCart demo site. How do I correct this situation?
I have tried permitting anonymous checkout, and re arranging the blocks, but neither works.

It looks like you have no available payment methods, take a look at your payment methods and make sure they are configured correctly
That works:
We had 2 payment methods available but they were set for registered customers only.
Changed setting to guest then put check mark for “Disable anonymous checkout”
to force customer to register.
This brings up the sign in / register forms
