Changing the Customer Payment Confirmation Email

I have a customer that needs to change the confirmation email they get when an order is processed through MoneyBookers. The customer get's an email that starts out something like this:

Dear Matt K.,

TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION

You have successfully made a payment to ABC COMPANY LIMITED. using your credit/debit card (VISA, xxxxxxxxxxx9072) on 15 Jul 2011.<<

Is this email confirmation generated by CS Cart? If so, how can I manually change the company name in the email template to refer to the website name? My hunch is that it's using recipient_description to pull the Parent Company name on the email confirmation which is unfamiliar to the customer.

Any help is appreciated!

Hello Jeff,

In order to change the text of the order notification email, please take these steps:

  1. Log in to the administration panel of your store.
  2. Open the “Orders” tab.
  3. Click on the “Order statuses” link.
  4. Click on the “edit” link of the necessary order status.
  5. Enter the new text to the “E-mail header:” input field.
  6. Click the “Save” button.

In order to change the company name, you need to open the “Company” page of the “Settings” tab and enter a new name into the “Company name” input field.
