I am trying to change a page title but after i follow the instructions shown in the printscreen attached the changes are not saved and the page title stays the same. Can anyone help me??
Page title will not work fot default page. Try to work again at other page loke home page , checkout etc

You can change the title on the editing Content page (Website > Content) under the Meta data section.
Do you use Bestsellers module to show recently added products?

Sorry if i don't understand well because this is my fisrt project with cs-cart, what i want is that on the url of the page that is actually
mydomain.com/index.php?dispatch=products.newest to show a diferent name for products.newest e.x (mydomain.com/index.php?dispatch=example) is this possible? and i think that there is a layout page for products.newest dispatch on my site, is there any possibility to solve this issue?? i would appreciate very much any help

Do you mean SEO url? In this case, just add new rule to the Website -> SEO -> SEO Rules page
