Can anyine tell me how I change the text on the default dicount label so it shows the saving in price? Like: Save 20,-

Hello,
You mean the label "Save X%" that appears on product list?
There is a language variable "save_discount" which allows you to change the text which appears before the percentage. So you can make "You save X%", "Discount X%" and so on.
It's not possible to change the structure of label (so it will display absolute discount, not percentage) without modifying the store code.
