I just wanted to move my website to another new server.
I copied all the files and data to the new server,after that i can not visit the new webiste.
should i need to change the domain to the new IP first and then update the licesence number.
please help.

I can log in the website via IP address.
so that i can not update the storefornt url and i also don`t change the DNS to the new server IP via godaddy.
should i change the DNS first?
it shows ERR_TIMED_OUT
when i visit the new server via IP.
The domain’s DNS that you want to use must point to the server that you want to use too. Then check the cs-cart config that have that domain (sometimes it takes 48 hours for DNS to work at new location). Clean cs cart cache by deleting the files in it and check again. Important is also the cs-cart version you are using and the server’s php version along many others so that the website works properly
