Hi, where do I change the vertical position of the account and shoppingview in CS4?
Assuming you mean the account menu in the page header? If so, you will have to modify the CSS for that block. You should be able to do it via the theme editor.
Not sure what you mean by the shopinpingview?
Shoppingview is insite the cart articles.
I must be really out of date. I don't know what you mean by a 'cart articles' either. Are you referring to 'pages' and "continue shopping' buttons? A screen shot of what you want to change would be most helpful since people tend to use different words to describe the same thing.
