Change Picture Size With Border

Hi,

Is there any possibility to change "just picture size" not touching/changing border of the picture?

As you see in attachment, picture 150*150 but border is bigger. Is there any way to change only picture size ?

Actually border size depends on the picture dimensions. You can play with the Settings -> Thumbnails -> Products list (category, search, etc) thumbnail width and Products list (category, search, etc) thumbnail height settings
