Change Lorem Ipsum Text On Gift Certificate Page And Change Look Of Certificate

Hello

How do I edit this Lorem Ipsum on the gift certs page? Can't find an option anywhere. It's not in my list of pages and not in the Gift Certificates add-on options.

Also, can I edit the look of the Gift Certificate, put a logo on it etc?

1. Design -> Layouts -> Gift certificates (check block at right side)

2. Edit the Gift certificates document. Logo can be found in the company array
