Change 'api_Allow_Customer' => True Issue

Hi,

My store was setup initially with 'api_allow_customer' => false. Then, I've decided to try out to change to 'api_allow_customer' => true, to test to allow customer to use API. But, this resets my store and now I get the message, "Multi-Vendor is not installed. Please click here to start the installation process: [install]".

I've changed back to 'api_allow_customer' => false. But, this does not revert the settings. I'm still getting the message, "Multi-Vendor is not installed. Please click here to start the installation process: [install]".

How do I fix this issue? Thank you.

Have you tried to clear all the caches?

How do I clear the cache since I can't clear using URL? Delete the folder /var/cache?

I've deleted the folder /var/cache. Still having the same message, "Multi-Vendor is not installed. Please click here to start the installation process: [install]".
