Centering Top Menu Items?

Looking to center the catagories in the top menu. Found a thread on here previously, but it does not work apparently with 4.1.2. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

You can do it with styles easy enough. I use http://matthewjamestaylor.com/blog/beautiful-css-centered-menus-no-hacks-full-cross-browser-support to do them.
