cs-carts banner system is not multilingual (I wonder if this has been fixed for 3?) and neither are most slider add-ons. The only one I know of that is is the one from Seonid.

I am not sure about v3 but I assume it works as it is working with HTML banners now.

HI there all,



I have jsut come across this Nivo banner post. I would like to know if anyone else has had issues installing this on Pro V3.



I downloaded zip.

I extracted to root (public_html)

I then went to admin and then to addons and installed.

I then went to block manager

Add block

Chose Create New and then selected Banners



Then I get stuck?



Any ideas please or advice?

Flow, do you have any ideas for CS-Cart v3?

There is no CCC banner template for banner block.

Why would you need that? Cs-cart 3 has a nivo slider implemented.

Hello all i have the version 2.0.14 and i have tried all day make this slide to work with no succes ,Does any one knows if it's combatible ?

After installation , place a block in home page using banners & ccc_banner in 500x290 i have place 5 banners 450x250 & activate it the store front disapears …

Any clues ?

Forget about using the nivo slider cscart put in for 3x. It is not compatible with Safari. Being the x-mas season we were wondering why so many safrai / tablet / ipod users were leaving after viewing the just the front page.



We went to safari on our tablet and the page was blank. Disabled cscart's slider … boom page back up.



Once again way to go cscart. Cost me money again. Now I have to find another slider.

Flow i need your help on something i use 2.2.5 pro for my small engine online store at smallenginechainsawparts.com and i want to redesign the homepage and put a banner flash box or in this case a slider or something i am also needing to know if there is anywhere out there that can make the banners for me since i have not got any know how in to making banners or the software to doing it except for microsoft publisher but that alone is not good cause its hard to work with

Old thread and hoping someone can chime in… I have just noticed that whenever the url for our site is https, the slider is no longer visible. If visited using http, then it looks/works fine. ?



Has this been the case since the beginning and I never noticed it? If so, I am a dope. If not, what could be the cause?

[EDIT : Ok, I don't remember selecting it, but “Keep HTTPS connection once a secure page is visited” in Settings > General was checked. After unchecking, site and slider works as expected. Sorry.]
