Cc Credit Card Payment Method - Only For Use By Admin

How do we create a credit card payment method that is available for use by Administrators and Sales Associates that can only be used in the Back End and any customer?

The settings for payment methods leave a lot to be desired. We only have the ability to limit customer types.

Perhaps a "Hidden" Payment method would solve the problem but how do we make that happen?

Figured it out. Just make the payment method Disabled. Admin will be able to use it and customers won't see it.
