Category Link And Way To Display Numbers Of Products

I have 2 questions.

1) There are some blocks main page like picture (1).

In this case, I want to link some category to block title when doing mouse over.

Is it possible? if yes please let me know how to do.

2) When entering category page, there are products only 3 rows.

I want to display 5 products per row.

How to do that ?

Good day,

1. Disable wrapper for the required block and create header with link with separate HTML block

2. Settings -> Appearance -> Number of columns in the product list
