Version 4.3.3 Now I wish I had upgraded to 4.3.9 ( with trash bin ).
Only have a normal backup ( no images ).
Is all lost ??

Ask your hosting provider. May be they do daily backups (files + DB)
Once I deleted db accidentally, my host has restored DB from last day backup.

Host was able to restore from R1Soft but we lost some order info ( orders and amounts
there but no product info ). Any attempt to edit these orders made the script fall over ).
Host suggested that because he only restored the public_html directory that maybe
CS-Cart stored some info somewhere else.
Who would know because I certainly don't...lol

Did they restored database also. Looks like it was not restored correctly
Yes you are most likely correct eComLabs. I don't want my wife screaming at me again
so will just leave the cart as it is...lol. Have hard copy of all order info and new orders are processing OK.
Too many new products added by wife and she would not be very happy if an old backup wiped them out.
Will leave well enough alone for now.
