Cart Won't Clear

I have this issue that only seems to effect one of my clients.



We have tried making them a new account and the same thing is happening.



When they log in, a bunch of items are added to their cart. We have been going in and clearing their cart manually, but as soon as they log back in, it is full again.



It is generally the same items. However, every time a new order is complete there seem to be more items in his cart.



However yesterday the item totals were hitting 19,000, today its hitting at about 15,000.



Any idea?

What version? If you're on V2 or V3, try clearing “statistics” via Administration/Statistics/Clear statistics.

Otherwise you can look in the cscart_user_session_products by their user_id and manually delete that row.
