Cart-Power: QR Code on the Invoice — invoices paid from a phone
When the customer is a company, the store issues an invoice, and the manual work starts there. An accountant retypes twenty digits of the bank account, nine digits of the BIC, twenty digits of the correspondent account, the tax numbers, the amount and the payment purpose into a banking app. One mistake and the payment bounces or goes to the wrong place while the order waits.
The add-on puts a GOST R 56042-2014 payment QR code on the printed invoice — the format Russian banking apps read. The customer points a camera at it and the transfer form opens filled in.
The code appears in all three shapes of the invoice. Printed in the browser, attached to the invoice email as a PDF, and inside the email body itself: the customer pays straight from a phone without forwarding the bank details to themselves.
Payer details stay inside the store. The payment string carries the payer surname, first name and phone number. The stock CS-Cart receipt orders the code image from an external service, which means those details travel there every time an invoice is printed. The built-in generator draws the code on the store itself, so no outgoing Internet access is needed. The external service remains a setting — for servers without a graphics library.
The payment purpose is configurable. The invoice number, its date and the tax information from the order totals are substituted into your own wording; when there is no tax, it says “Without VAT”.
When bank details are missing, the invoice prints as before, without the code, and the administrator gets a warning naming the empty fields. The fields the code cannot be built without are marked right on the payment method page.
The add-on works on top of the stock “Invoice” payment method from the “Russian payment systems” add-on: checkout, emails and the invoice form itself stay as they were.
