Extended Tags / SEO for tags.
The
Extended Tags / SEO for tags add-on helps using default tags for successful marketing and store promotion. With the add-on you are able to create SEO optimized tag pages with description and meta data to improve search positions in Google.
What does Extended Tags add-on do?
Improves SEO and search positions in Google
The add-on creates a configurable page with tag list in your store. You are able to search for needed tags, using convenient form or alphabetical index. Tags support multiple languages and have SEF optimized URLs. Each tag has a separate page, where you are able to display description and change any SEO data, also enable/disable indexation.
Add-on features:
- Configurable page with all tags list, where you are able to search for tags with search form or alphabetical index.
- Ability to choose SEO URL format for tag pages.
- You can add a description and change SEO data for the tag page, as well as enable/disable its indexation.
- 301 redirects are created automatically when changing the SEO name of the all tags page.
- Display tags for products, pages, and articles.
- Automatic creation of CP: Tags list and CP: Tag page layouts.
- 2 additional templates for the block with tags (Extended tags, Tags list).
- Tag import/export support.
- The constructor of conditions for assigning tags.
- Ability to change the color of the tag, choose the place where the tag is displayed on the lists, mark the tag as important.
- SEF URLs and multilingual support for tags.
- Automated tagging process by CRON.
- Ability to generate meta tags for tag pages (Cart-Power: SEO templates add-on is required).

You write that you can add on a tag level a description of each tag but can you also do this for the main tag index page ?

And what about the page title for the main tag index page, can you custom edit that one to ?
The link to this particular store demo simply does not lead you to the admin backend.
Otherwise a nice addon that seems to work like a tag cloud of some sort.

Thank you for the opinion about the add-on.
The current add-on version does not contain functionality to edit the main tag list page in the storefront. We will add it to the next release of the add-on.
As for demo URL, we have updated them in the add-on description. Thank you for information.

We have updated the Extended Tags / SEO for tags add-on to the Version 2.8 from 19 July 2021.
The list of new features and the corrections included in the new add-on version:
[+] - The admin privileges to view and edit tags.
[+] - Settings for managing the indexing of tag pages were added.
[+] - A link to all tags page was added to the sitemap.
[!] - There were issues with the support of the multilingual tags. Fixed.
Compatibility: 4.3.x - 4.13.x

What is new:
[+] - Added a constructor of conditions for assigning tags to products.
[+] - The ability to assign tags by CRON.
[+] - The ability to select the display type of the tags page (Usual or Table) was added.
[!] - The tags block was not shown if you use a filter on the category page. Fixed.

What is new:
[+] - A new condition for assigning tags "text in the product name" was added.
[+] - The ability to export and import breadcrumbs and custom H1 titles was added.
[+] - In the meta description of the category page with products filtered by tag, the text "in category [category name]" was added.
[+] - The ability to edit the position of the tag directly from the list of tags was added.
[!] - On disabling the CP: SEO Templates add-on, tag pages were not available. Fixed.
[!] - HTML tags were cut out from the tag description. Fixed.
[!] - CRON commands were hidden on CS-Cart installations with 1 storefront. Fixed.
