The Power Statistics add-on monitors the general customer activity. It fixes the time when the customers come to the store. If the customer places an order, this time will be also fixed on the Conversation Statistics page:

The: section=general&report=online - shows 4 people online
where users online shows - 10
and shows 9 of the "current urls" as "https://sitename/index.php?dispatch=statistics.collect"and 2 as our site name.

The number of users online should be the same. Both methods calculate its number in the same way.
As for the current URL, just example.com means that the customer just open your store directly by typing the address in web-browser tab
If you see the ?dispatch=statistics.collect it means that the customer comes from somewhere (banner, page, etc.)

We have updated our Extended Product and Order Statistics add-on to version 2.1 from 13 of November 2024.

[+] - The ability to take into account the quantity of products when calculating statistics was added.
[!] - Fixed false triggers for viewing and adding products to the cart when some third-party add-ons were running.
[!] - There was a PHP notice when previewing email notifications about changing the order status. Fixed
