Recently encountered with my shopping cart. It removes the item right after they are added to the cart. Any idea what might be happening. Thank you in advance!!

images and sub-folders to 777
catalog 777
skins directory 777
config.local.php 644
var and sub folders 777
Yes those have been taken care of.
