card proccessing error

i hope this was a one time thing but this just happened to my customer twice.



he entered all of his info. went to select process order and was then returned to a screen that said ’ your cart is empty ’ I am using authorize.net and it might have just bypassed it. i am not sure what happened.



has anyone else heard about this happening?
