Cant upload images to category

Hello there,



I have made a lot of changes (customization) in my add item page. Everything worked fine, until i decided to move from a windows server to Linux server.



Right now, images wont upload to the category folder.



Any idea why would that be happening?

Check folder permissions of /images/ and /images/category/ and its subfolders. I think the /images/ folder and its subfolders should be set to 777 - at least that is what has worked for me in 2 Linux environments.

resolved!

apparently in the new linux server gd library was not installed, that prevented automatic thumbnail creation
