I have ready almost all thread under keywords Translation or Language but can’t find an answer 
Can anyone help and tell how to translate text shown in attachment?
This is text from front-end in the user account in the My Account box link : Orders?
Also, those words are in the back-and at home page under block Orders statistics

Just go to Admin => Orders => Order Statuses and change the names to whatever you want.
I just tested this in 2.1.1 and it worked great.
