Ok, I realize I am new at this, but I have been following the user guide, but I can’t get it to install. I have copied the files up and set the permissions, but when I enter the path, it gives me a message that reads:
[an error occurred while processing this directive]
Can anyone help? I realize it is probably something stupid that I have missed, but I can’t seem to figure it out. Oh, I have my database ready to connect to, but I’m not reaching that point.

How far into the installation do you get, do you have a screenshot?

Seems like missing or damaged files… try reupload all files.
