Hi There Running version 2.2.1
I try to set up testimonials, to show up.
but in the knowledge base tells me to go on to administration/design/site layout.
I don't have that option. Is there a way to turn that option on? so I can write a testimonial.
Als I noticed that on the storefront the customer can't see testimonial either.
Any help appreciated.

In 2.1x:
in admin, go to content → testimonials
for front-end, you have to make a block that displays the testimonials. Choose Testimonials under block content when making the new block.
You can do this for all pages, or just for one sort of page like the homepage or productpages.
