I need to edit a customers order but it won’t let me add multiple instances of the same product with different options. For instance, I go to add a 2 oz tin, quantity 4, with Lavender fragrance option. Then I try to add the 2 oz tin, quantity 4, with a different fragrance but it defaults to the 2 oz tin already added to the order & just changes the quantity, leaving the same fragrance.

Unfortunately, I have failed to reproduce this issue in my local CS-Cart installation. The problem requires examination on your server. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that we could examine the issue.
